Continuing Education Dinners

Since the parameters on approaching Hospital Case Managers and Discharge Planners have become so restricted, the AAHCC has developed a way to bring these vital referral sources to you, our Members. This opportunity is an added benefit available to AAHCC members only. Each member who participates is asked to provide information on their companies and the services that they provide, and in return they get face time with these Discharge Planners and Case Managers.
